The back yard is south exposure and very bright and sunny with a lovely garden filled with perennial flowers and shrubs.

The living area is open concept and is very spacious with a natural gas fireplace and large flat screen TV. The kitchen and dining area are open concept with a sit up bar in additional to a dining area. The unit has fast wifi and full cable service.
The Garden Apartment is a few blocks walk to Long Lake and is a short two minute drive or five minute walk to local malls, grocery stories, and recreation areas. It is a block away from public transit. This area of Nanaimo is conveniently close to everything you may desire. The beautiful downtown core with its charming Old City Quarter is less than a leisurely ten minute drive away as well. There are also many restaurants, cafes, and coffee houses found in the modern locale of central Nanaimo. Though you won’t need them, there are many parks and trails also located within walking distance from this spacious rental. The ocean is a short drive to access many local ocean hikes.
